Its a scam research a company called Spongetech. MP is doing and saying exactly what they did, read the 8k that was released they are saying the company is not obligated to purchase up to 100 million shares. Why? Cause they are to busy selling shares they make more money that way and just feed you what you want to hear so you will buy more. Im not bashing just warning people i lost a bunch of money with that company and it went away quick just want to let people know stuff like that happens
