all we "know" is a valuation between $1 and $3 dollars. what we don't know is whether those numbers hold, where these numbers came from, when the shared get distributed......
There was no distribution date given (unless I missed it). Basically whenever they get all their paperwork together, approved and finalized we should see the shares shortly there after. I don't think you can put a date on that whole process and that's why no date was given IMO.
