You do realize the .0038 was painted and actual last trading volume was right around this level? I would agree if this were back down to .001X but that is not the case, just someone sold at this level because they got impatient due to lack of volume. In fact the silly 5000 share trade was an attempt at trying to create volume and it worked. Someone sold thinking that it was coming down.
