USNL management is playing it the smart way ,

first they fixed their A/S and secured the SS number

to 3,475,250,391 shares issued and outstanding of which 3,000,210,033 are restricted and 475,040,358 are free trading.

this kind of steps are usually done before a major acquisition of a certain value

imo they will be injecting an acquisition of a BIG VALUE soon
and they want their price to reflect it


USNL can easily move to pennies here


and logically after fixing the SS issues ,this NEWS should HIT ANY DAY now

am adding these prices at support levels
