I guess the only possible answer is that the MM's are keeping the price down especially when the buy was over 100k shares and the ask only 15k shares....kinda messed up but whatever...

This is obscene...down to .018 when people were willing to buy at .02 and they wouldn't accept that buy...pathetic...but I'm done worrying about the manipulation. It is what it is and nothing we retail investors can do a damn thing about.
