Thanks Dade: MRL do seem a little sloppy considering they invested $10 million not to have “security assets “ registered yet & state they have not verified the Bluwood legal dispute details.
Anyway as you imply - every cloud has a silver lining- at least smaller trading float for now! Quite a few N.A companies sell the original Bluwood USA solution : ECOB developed their own version ??- hence legal disputes claims/counter claims on IP ownership & other items etc !
Perhaps MRL just ensuring all outstanding ECOB matters are noted before their upcoming AGM.
