Ken Harris of NDR has an office in the renevated music factory building in charlotte, You can also check Ken Harris and associates for an attorney office in charlotte, the NDR office is behind the music factory and attorney office, they used to have a small office in the wachovia plaza now wellsfargo down town charlotte, which is only about 2 minutes from the music factory building, I live in charlotte about 15 minutes from both and have attended concerts behind NDR , most recently EARTH WIND AND FIRE last summer.
