So, am I correct when I state that MIP has 15 days from the arrival of the "E" to file it's financials before it goes pink? I think we got it Monday, didn't we? Or does the 30 day grace period (15 days on the NT-k and 15 with the E) start the day they are delinquent initally? That would have been the 1st, right? Either way, they need to get it filed pronto! Are you still personally confident the merger is a go? In my position (the dark), I just don't understand the holdup. But, I am hoping it is all for the greater good...Hope you are doing well! Spring runoff is flowing in torrents, but it will be fishing time soon!! I will let you know when I hear it's good!
