#21464 RE: learning curve #21454

thank you very much.. Like i said i am just trying to get as much information as possible..

If all of the information is out in the open then we can look at all possibilities and either disregard some or move forward with others.. depending on the information.. but never throw any idea away as this a very fluid environment..

For example the idea of something with UA is coming from savaginlimbo on the Yahoo board.. as speculative as it is due to a deficiency in evidence supporting this claim... the idea still remains in my head.

Think about this..

Using the future revenue model with 10%Eurpac that puts us at a yearly sales of $500M.. and a value of about $800M.. I checked just yesterday and UA has a market cap of @$4B with @50M o/s.... and they are EVERYWHERE our o/s wont go under 500M as long as these guys are holding shares.. and thats considering they buy back more than the 51% needed..

******JUST POPPED IN MY HEAD****************************
Who knows maybe MP will buy back enough shares to allow them to retire some of there bonus shares... They might have been using those massive bonus shares in conjunction with the greatly elevated A/S as a deterrent against a buyout... Didn't the sales incentive bonus shares come online right at the end of the year, then the a/s soon after?..... Maybe they didn't get enough bonus to block a buyout so the fastest way to stop one would be increase A/S as a last ditch effort to guarantee it wouldn't happen..

With MP pulling all of these deals through just the Denver office alone I am very excited to see what the next 36months have in store.. You have to believe that if they are putting an office in these key countries it is because there is a demand there.. there is probably tons of requests or orders for products coming from these regions... and the deals through these offices can be more streamlined and come faster due to already having a model (Denver office) to work from..

The PR about the Canada office just stated the potential stores, nothing to the effect of having deals with them.. So imagine the revenue stream there..

Basically imagine every revenue stream that has a physical product on a shelf here in the US with its counterpart in these 4 other countries.. within the next 36-48 months.. Imgaine that revenue stream... if you did $500M for each a year thats $500M x 5=$2.5B year.. with all distributions on line and production keeping up..

I know that seems ridiculous at this point, but i suspect in the near future we will see PR's talking about events or deals coming online in Canada, then i'm sure we will have PR's for each office opening.. and deals with each..

This is now becoming and international business, taking over the global market.. Did BSN or ON have international offices?
