restricted dividend shares

This is all well and good I suppose. However In the beginning there were posts ( I have copied them)
that some accounts were credited with non restricted shares. Is this really for the good of all shareholders. I think not... if this is the case?
The post by ... indicated that management was aware of this and was waiting for the dust to settle (so to speak) this was a kmn post on MP starting out "Speaking with Les this morning, he has receive many reports to the dividend. He has copies of several shareholders accounts showing their account already have shares credited to their accounts, of course they are free trading. "

So as long as some are happy, good. Others may not be. ALL IMO
