I stated earlier that people just stop trading. Kill the volume. That's the only real weapon against them.

Oh and to the moderators what's with deleting my post that raised an issue of concern regarding an endless barrage of negative posts by a possible competitor. Investors should be allowed to raise issues of concern without censorship that due not directly attack anyone

it only covers indirect, which requires 2 servers vs 1 server

most all consumer apps using QR Codes today do it by using direct

...no 2nd server is required

hence no need to license, as direct "works around" the 048 core patent

IMHO, NeoMedia's core 048 patent is only good for enterprise use

its proprietary

no one wants or needs to pay for it - if they truly don't have to

and thats the problem with this whole company

they're a patent troll and a shell who can't sell their wares

and their funded by financial whores who only dilute

If this is what is keeping them up at night, well, they must be sleeping like a baby. Perhaps you have not seen how fast or how many shares can trade as spikes draw raise awareness of this stock and Qr codes. New buys pile into this stock every spike.

Hey do you know of someother Public comply that is knee deep in Qr code with the world lighting on fire with them?

You state Neo has a problem with anyone (other then ebay) wanting to pay for licensing, Err.. that would be the REASON why they hired an IP law firm (just saying) They idea that companies are going to pay any fee willing to a penny is not the way business is done just check the news on Google, Apple or Mr softy.
