Only if you are buying millions of shares and in it for the short run does it really matter and, of course, the type of investor you are. If you are only looking to make a couple of hundred dollars than I beleive it matters to the investor. Again, if that's what you are looking for it does matter. If you beleive this company & stock is going to fly then I don't think making $300 is your objective so again unless you are buying milions of shares the difference between 21 or 22 or 23 is not that that significant in the long run. IMO
