Gotta love the disclosure statements. It does make me wonder if companies now use these in general as a excuse for failure or just to cover their ass. I do think many pinks use them to excuse and hide their criminal activity and all they do is issue paper and live off the funds of investors. I do wonder how many pinks are even legit at this point or care to be.
