If that is true then your 1 share, if held til today is the same as 5940 shares now. Then further post RS is approximately 2 shares.

thanks serf... I was expecting a RS but I never expected one that would reduce my shares to just over 1000. I am in shock. I do not know what to think, one minute I think we are so screwed then I think well maybe they have a plan then I think are you nuts then I think.......... I need some wine!!!!!!
