The best things about GDSM Warmy are the following:

Good communication - Facebook, Twitter, Website, Filings, and PR's when appropriate

No Toxic Financing

No R/S

Open and honest about A/S and O/S

Warrants in place

$3.5M Buyout Option

Joint Mining Venture with experienced Miner

And people lose sight of this. They constantly will be looking for other mining opportunities.

Right now they are focusing on the current mine, but if/when they pull up Gold, it will allow them to get into many other mining ventures.

Again, there is never a guarantee, but if you have a core position, there will be a great chance to make major bank on GDSM as the year and years go on.

I agree and that seems fair but it could also become the carrot on the stick. Not saying it will, but for the good of shareholders, I hope not.
