I have talked with a securities attorney who does a lot of SB2 filings and I have emailed him the latest one. He tells me that the people listed on page whateveritwas including Jeff whatshisname are people who have invested money, have gotten shares from the company and they call them selling shareholders because thats what they have to call them, they put up money they get registered non legend certificates and YES they can sell them or they can hold them. The attorney tells me that it is a very common practice for companies like CDEX to do what they are doing and he looked over the extensive nature of the filings, granted he did not study the extensive history of the company, but he knows of the law firm who did the filing and they have a very strong reputation in the filing industry.

So for what its worth, I sortof conclude that there is a high probability that this company is more than just a smoke and mirrors affair.

Who knows who is right and who is wrong.

sanddollar...you're right, dubyah gets it. He/she didn't come here for answers or explainations. He/she buried the issues being discussed in a quagmire of bs responses and had no desire to hear straight answers.
