I can't imagine anyone deluding themselves into believing they have done any sort of "due diligence" without first examining independently audited financials. Without those all you have is PR, propaganda and the "pig in a poke" 'word' of those persons who directly profit from selling shares to investors. Charts and technical indicators are a joke because no audited financials= no legitimacy!!!

Again, I predict this audit will take months if it ever comes at all. In my gut I don't believe this company will ever willingly admit to its' financial shenanigans. I, for one, am curious to know how Rox & Co are able to file accurate tax returns while failing to report the same info to the SEC.

That's right... as soon as audit is done we will have something more to base investing decisions on. Audits can take anywhere from a week to several months, depending on size, complexity, etc... I would agree it shouldn't take that long for audit results. Let's hope by mid-May. Go MPIX!
