Excellent summary - AGAIN - only thing I would contribute is that YA would not settle for (ie)87%.
IMO, they would r/s this again, and position themselves to reap
>95% IMHO.

One way or another, very little left over for the common shares.

You left out YA telling the would be buyer (DR. Soon) to go Piss off, this has been a cash cow for them in a world of failing returns in many other places. Did you know YA has a Qr code engraved in its class office doors? No, probably not...
Your paths for resolution all possible, but just as unlikely

How about this one YA has been loaning money to Neo during all the darkest days where they were still making a killing on it, you truly think that NOW of all times when the world is EXPLODING in Qr code they are going to pull the plug and give up the Neo ATM??? HAHAHAHA not a chance in H-ll

the results are in, the USA loves QR and the NDA campaigns have started the infringements letters have gone out and we default having to give our soul to YA in July, ensuing that they and THEY ALONE will have all our profits for years to come handed right over to their bottom line

Sorry not buying it, go back to the drawing board and this time add in a healthy dose of good old fashion GREED and rework the problem GL ;-)

7 Billion cannot be converted. Only 5 billion authorized. I think the Dr will take his time over the next few months as YA converts more and more debt into shares and then sells them into the public float. Eventually the Dr will then see the numbers are in his favor and convert to above 50 percent control. At that time YA does have leverage but they do not have voting control of the company. At that time YA gets paid in cash, the Dr has the company under his control.

5 star post

and unfortunately fatally accurate..you hit the bullseye on this one

I sincerely wish it weren't true for the shareholders...

but unfortunately YAGI just uses us as their own personal ATM Machine

and has repeatedly done so for many many years

which is why this stock will continue to make lower highs and lower lows

and its called death spiral toxic SEDA financing = mass dilution

until they curtail or end the dilution, this will be a heavily manipulated stock build on a house of cards

I wholeheartely believe yet another 100:1 RS will wipe us all out AGAIN

wash, rinse, repeat
