Sounds like you guys may be getting closer to an answer hear soon if they are denying a move and they really are. Let Fong and Rifkin know that we are being told they are not moving while they are moving... just a lil pressure for them to get news out sooner then later. It all helps instead of seeing the share price go lower.
I treated my minority partners in my business here like this company treats their shareholders, I would have a lawsuit on my hands. Whether they would prevail I dont know, but I assure you it would get my attention
You would think that they would just say read our last PR about making cost cutting changes. Leaving you to think that they are moving to reduce their rent expense. I wonder if they do move will rent be higher. Now that we know what current rent is from the rental contract it would be easy to determine.
