Well I do believe that the shares will be worth nine cents a share, but obviously they are going to pay for the venture out of the capital they recieve from the ASCC sale. So we will have to wait to see how much they will pay for merger. Also revenues dont have anything to do with the pps,profit, sector, outlook and how company is percieved do.

Evader, Inc. (Pink Sheets: EVDR; www.evadercorp.com) management announces, that the share buyback from majority shareholder has been successfully finalized.
EVDR management reduced the number of outstanding shares by more than 529 million (529,595,313) shares. This purchase and share reduction sets the new outstanding shares at approximately 436 million. The authorized shares remain undisturbed at 988 million.
