This companies books can't be so complicated that they need hundreds of thousands of dollars of professional audit support. It is hundreds of thousands of dollars if you have over 25million in revenue....

The audit will be $20k MAX.

Again, I'm not screaming scam, but some valid points have been brought up and I tend to agree with them.
