Management's performance rating is not based on the PPS, it's based on their ability to turn a profit. I'm not expecting that to happen this year, but I am expecting it to happen.
And as far as a "new recession", that's pretty wild speculation. I personally expected us to take twenty years to recover from almost thirty years of horrible short-term policies (starting with Reagan), so it doesn't surprise me at all to see job growth slowing.
Maybe people will FINALLY realize that trickle-down economics doesn't work?
