First quarter financials wont mean much if anything to the pps.
The company has sold ASCC which would be what the financials would be based on. We are now just awaiting the confirmation of the wire transfer of 5 million dollars and news on the impending merger.

Once we get news on first the confirmed sale then the merger, look out!!
