jrgspab,

If I may respectfully disagree?

It is my honest opinion that most folks simply do not read the press releases carefully and thoroughly. There is a lot more information in them than most folks can recite from memory.

For instance,to answer your question above, this is the HEADLINE of the last press release:

146 METRE BULK CHANNEL SAMPLE THROUGH FRESH QUARTZ DIORITE PORPHYRY RETURNS 3.17g/t GOLD AND 47.3g/t SILVER

Bolding and underlining added for redundant emphasis. :-)

As for the website as a tool to entice investors--that is a great idea, but someone at Sur would have to do it. And right now, I'd rather have Rennie doing other things. Sure, he could hire someone, but he would still have to spend an inordinate amount of time telling that person what to do.

I'd have to agree. The Sur website has got to be better maintained. In fact, I specifically called when Clive Maund wrote his first report on Sur to get it on the site. I would have thought that Clive's recent comments would warrant a reference on Sur's site as well...
The other concern I have is the fact that the Sur's Columbian properties are not mentioned on the website. I've spoken with Rennie about this and he has mentioned that he wanted to maintain focus on the Philippines, which I can understand. However, by not including Sur's Columbian properties on the website, we are significantly short changing ourselves in terms of our assets. Anyone looking at the Sur site would not have had a clue that Sur owns a number of properties in Columbia...and...with stability slowly returning to the area, makes these properties a very valuable asset in Sur's portfolio....
