This is a very valid point. Its nice that someone comments on a business issue. I believe the reason for this is the low stock price. Lets assume we are getting fed the truth. A company without the mountain of non-sense that has gone on at MSLP would be trading at twice the PPS minimum. This would allow them to issue debt thought it would be in the 12-17% range. It would be much better than a debt for equity deal for a growing company. Expansion is going to require capital and the lower your PPS the more expensive it is as MSLP shareholders have experienced in declining PPS.
