Mike, most Cable Co's or at least Comcast are not using VOIP....they have their own networks that do not go over the internet.Its called CDV or Comcast digital voice.

Big story today in USA Today about dual mode wifi phones are on the way and are part of the future progression of cell phones. Did you get a chance to read that one. Of course all they talk about are MOT's phone and NOK's phone. But it seems outside the US is where these phones will have demand. (Outside the US seems to be where CLYW is marketing)

imo, current progress at broadwing suggests that they could
