ANY contract centrally devised and which COMPELS another human being to ABIDE by the terms of a contract in which they are NOT a key party to, gain no consideration and are NOT a bilateral beneficiary and dictates the ultimate "rules" is tyranny.

Unilateral contracts are void on their face in America.
