Bears haven't lost yet. AD line must get much better and up vs down volume also...lets say 2.5 to 1 ad, and 5 to 1 up vs down...that would do it, not subtly. Chances are better it will not be like the bell run even in a bull turn up, and the bears can win out right if we turn and drop to new lows
