This is a far bigger step for Kim than just attending a textile trade show, he is bringing KBLB out of a couple of years of operating in semi-secrecy to open up Monster silk, the science, and the company itself to judgment by his peers and the public.
Whatever his motives, it all sounds good to me. This exactly what I've wanted all along, now hopefully any media at the event will latch onto KBLB and provide information to the public that will extend far beyond the textile market.
