And will get worse IMO unless Cooper smartens up and follows the parameters of my post from earlier today. Over time Cooper needs rebuilds his credibility with shareholders by doing as he outlines in a major pr. This is a major overhaul which will take at least 4-6 months to regain shareholder confidence. Remember it takes twice as long if not longer to undo all the negativity he has created in such a short period of time. Cooper needs to do a lot of work in order to restore credibility and confidence in his company. Not with some BS name change / ticker symbol change or running from the issue at hand. Avoidance is not an option, he needs to reestablish Cooper as a legitimate company that a shareholder would eat up shares at an alarming rate.

Clearly I would not happy if Cooper decided to rename or anything that appears to be a wash and repeat. This is Coopers final chance to right COHO once and for all. Anything short of a serious and final change in the right direction to rectify become all the things COHO once was will doom this stock to no bid IMO.

Cannot operate your business if you are at no bid, nobody wants your shares, current shareholders were baited and screwed into being bag holders who can't sell their shares, shady stock sales under par value, CEO associates with crook attorney and unreputable accounting firm and company has dead ended company avenues to raise or leverage capital to restock inventory, advertise, update shareholders and / or pay salaries.

Which other than being at no bid is pretty much were this stock is today.

No reason to have confidence in this stock, cannot have a family business push a no confidence vote as they usually control the board members, so the alternative is start with the attorney and accounting firm handing in resignations and bring in highly reputable replacements for them and build a long term partnership showing professional leadership is in place to show the public that they are running a top notch ship. All wishful thinking at this point because Dan heeds to take his head out of cd's as* to see the righteous corporate path to legitimacy.
