from the the 10-K...the "spin offs" are just web sites..with the new jobs act you're going to see all kinds of spin offs in penny land, it's the new deregulation rules...money to be made or lost depending on how you play them. we also have shares in Blacks SAFS, and from the 10-K it is a shell company..so I would expect some action involving that in the future as well..glta
