I agree to a certain point. We don't have to accept this kind of behavior though. We could choose not to buy this stock and that's where our acceptance of this behavior would end. Eventually if enough people do this the company would end up bankrupt. And lots of companies do end up bankrupt.

And this is a good thing. The good companies will earn their place and continue to exist and the bad companies get weeded out and die. It's a necessary process and the companies with good management win the race. Tivu might have a good product but their failure to communicate and their horrible business practices might end badly for them. And so the cycle continues... new companies are started and the good ones make it and the bad ones don't.

Remember when Bernie Madoff was so open with his customers? It just proves to me that any company can be corrupt. I hear the pump and dump theory, but I honestly believe that SP is an introvert, just a super smart guy with no social skills. I am hopeful that Truckenmiller will change this. There have been a few times in my life when I was in a little over my head, and for SP it is the personal interaction with shareholders. No I don't know the future of this company, but I will stand by my bet and my shares that what we are holding will be a nice ending.
