Question - If Co Rd 2 is closed for winter, that doesn't leave a whole lot of preparation time for next summer. How do you suppose CGFIA will be ready to mill next summer? After all, the mill may need a dry run, shouldn't it?

According to the statement below ... yes:


“The Formal Hearing, previously scheduled for July 11-12, 2012, has been rescheduled to the August 8-9, 2012, meeting of the Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board). The August 8-9, 2012, Formal Board Hearing will occur at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado, beginning at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered. During the hearing the Board will consider the application with objections and may decide to approve, approve with conditions or deny the application for AM-03.”
