The tradings likely going off on the 5th decimal. MMs have always been allowed to trade fractional.
So maybe today its .00005 and the MM can still get the spread between .00005 and .0001. Or cgi company financial arm is dealing 5th decimal too. Happens every day in the pinks. Don't sweat what you don't have any control over. Worry if its in the pennies and moving down. You can trade whole numbers.
