I thought the latest Press Release (April 23, 2012) included some interesting items:

1.) The appointment of Peter J. Murphy to "have exclusive control over the financing for the growth as well as the expansion through Mergers & Acquisitions" and the fact that "Mr. Murphy and his partners have been responsible for billions of dollars in environmentally and eco-friendly development projects".

I think this bodes well for both the short and long term prospects of getting the planned projects going.

2.) The definition of the "Vertility Group of Companies" to include WLSA, NLI, and the other Vertility branded entities.

While WLSA and NLI are still two different legal entities, this now clarifies that they each have a common goal and purpose, as well as a common management team.

3.) A detailed list summarizing what is now considered the "core businesses" should provide the road map for the current company priorities.
