Well, as of March 16th there were no issues regarding the continuous operation of #2. The uptime was 75% based on required maintenance and operational requirements for clean out.
Presumably, a month of operations had taken place in order to make that statement in a filing. Also, the investor update scheduled for Feb 27 was announced on Feb 13. Logic for me dictates #2 was in operational at that time.
Yep, it is circumstancial but hardly a wild leap. In any event, we will know a lot more in the next few weeks. There may be news on #3 this week but a couple weeks down the road is fine with me too.
