I'm concerned obviously - I would imagine given the small size of the company that drafting the actual 10-k takes some time too, beyond just finishing the audit.
This is ridiculous they really need to fire this auditor and again hire a new one that can get these things done at least close to on time. This only hurts this company. I hope they do something to resurrect this stock price.
