Cramer is not a fan of pennies as he thinks they are all totally speculative stocks. He doesnt like to give opinions on speculation,. We all know that ICPA is not in any way a spec stock not anymore.. but he wont know that. With Cuban involved he might comment on it, but probably be a general statement like "it cant hurt to have him on your side"
