Not a lot of shares, but I suspect that
he may want them to be worth something.
Maybe not being a lot is not the point.
Perhaps the point is what they are going
to be worth to him. And then again, maybe
a cheap ruse, sentiment smokescreen.

Vincent is set to get 3 million FLTT shares. IMO we will be fine and maybe even millionaires!
