Makes the most sense to me as to why FLTT R/M with SMOA. All they have to do is file the paper work to get relisted on the NASDAQ-GM as Vincent even himself said he would do ASAP.

That's the problem or the worry....will he pass some of that wealth to the fltt shareholders that bought in and believed in it enough to hold on as the price sank weekly? Or will he just want to "start fresh" and leave us hanging?
