thanks for the analysis. I think your arguments could have some legs but time will tell. The one thing i'll say about American greed is that there is a pretty clear pattern in many of those episodes that the subject often takes things way too far, tells more lies, takes more risks, etc as his/her world starts to unravel. Not saying this is what is happening here- I'm long this stock and have been around since the first reverse split-that was painful.
Regardless, i think we both agree the clock is ticking for this company and Black. whetehr it is April 30 or May 30 remains to be seen.
