Once again, I understand what you are saying. I am hedging my bets on General Stafford and his statements from a previous PR. Thus, with the supposition that the General is legit, I am therefore posting the address site for APII which is at least consistent with what is stated on the website and doesn't appear to be shady from the pic I see.
