You missed the fact that this picture is right out of the PRE-MELT, before it is introduced into the reactor, from which ultra-clean, spec-grade (ASTM), ready-to-use-fuel is produced. It is a good example of what you can get with an $11,000,000 Agigoop Sludge-Maker 3000, and it also shows that this is but an intermediate step in the fuel making process for JBI (plus the machine doesn't cost anywhere near that and it is 10 times more efficient.

That bullshit has already been debunked. That's premelted plastic out of the premelt. I know it's shocking that premelted plastic from a premelt looks like premelted plastic, but it is what it is.

Hello,

For clarification, this is molten plastic out of the pre-melt.

Hope this helps.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.

All my best,

You missed this post that clarifies exactly what that picture is.
Of course the note under the picture explains what it is.

"After being delivered to JBI's Plastic2Oil facility, shredded plastic is melted down in a large tank before being vaporized and formed into fuel. John Bordynuik releases some of the substance to check for quality."

That substance being the melted plastic.

Here is the post that specifically asked the producer the question of what that substance was in the picture.

Subject: Startup Converts Plastic To Oil.......

Hi,

Apologies if this has come up before....if that's the case please copy and paste your response.

The photo in the lower half of the article carries the following caption:

"After being delivered to JBI's Plastic2Oil facility, shredded plastic is melted down in a large tank before being vaporized and formed into fuel. John Bordynuik releases some of the substance to check for quality."

The company being profiled reportedly takes great pride in the quality of its fuel relative to its competitors and has previously depicted it as having a far more fluid appearance than the material pictured. Does the pictured material represent the melted down shredded plastic prior to being vaporized or is the substance being checked for quality the fuel itself?

Thank you for any clarification that you can provide.

Hi,

Thank you for your inquiry. The black substance comes from early in the process. I believe it is plastic melted together. Its black appearance is due to the color of the old gas tanks being used as feedstock.

Hope this helps,

Daniel
