This is the thing though. The Canadian Kool Telecom is not listed as a Limited company whereas the American one is, which is the one mentioned in the 8K, gathered by the Ltd. extension. It would be nice to know more specifics regarding Kool TC's business structure as both BBB's mention as a factor in their low scoring. Complaints are normal for any business, I agree, but that F is haunting and the non-disclosure of practice gives me the impression they might be trying to hide some things. Gut instinct tells me something isn't right here and it goes far beyond recent talk of R/M.
