That's what the warrants we already counted are for. If the warrants currently out there all get exercised that's close to $40 million dollars VRNG would get. Also, there is 26 million warrants going to I/P for the merger.....those all get exercised that's another $45 million dollars.

All the warrants get exercised priced between $1.76 and $3.32 VRNG would raise another 85 million dollars and still only have 80 million shares outstanding after the merger. They set this deal up perfectly.

Also, they don't usually prepare a merger proxie that calculates all the share totals if they are about to change every single number and percentage with a secondary. Merger not closing until June. So doubt any secondary before this. By then Markman hearing will be started and stock might go up enough to get some of those warrants exercised which would cash up VRNG to the max.

Also, I would think Cuban would have gotten assurance against something like that near term.

I disagree. Cuban bought his interest as a hedge against his other investments. He only paid a couple million. There's no way that Cuban could reasonable expect this type of assurance and that VRNG could make such assurances. In fact, this small investment for Cuban may just be a stepping stone, eventually funding the company's lawsuit in exchange for warrants/options/debt etc.

This trial with Google could easily cost $10-20M--maybe more. Google knows they are a small company and will do everything in their power to cause delays in order to bleed this company of cash. I know this is the rocket docket, but Google is still entitled to receive delays through extensions as long as they have good cause and are playing in good faith.

I've done a lot of research on DataTreasury--one of the most successful patent troll companies. I believe Claudio has had to raise over $50M over the years through investors to cover the costs of litigation (I'm not 100% sure though).

VRNG could be the next DataTreasury. This is definitely on my radar
