They want things done the way they want it done, read the filings and correspondence the board of Kat is following the Governments instructions. The Boards original plan did not work so now plan B, and if this (spin-off) does not work plan C.
The Corporation can be sued but keep in mind there is an Attorney on the Board Mr. Thistle. I believe everything is done to the letter of the LAW. The Spin-Off will move forward. QUICKLY!
