I already have google adsense on ten of my sites, no reason to sign up with Scott, he cannot reveal what the company is doing in financials, I sure would not trust him with my money and ads on my sites.

I think he has been trying to sell SEO type material for years. If that is the case, that market is already flooded with folks that can do a way better job, IMO.
