I would say YES.. If not.. Why did Warner order the $250K order of Vitaros through Apricus..? They have the choice to either Manufacture their own or Contract with whoever they choose..!

They Chose to sign the Manufacturing Agreement with Apricus.. Therefore.. Apricus benefits from this..

Put it this way.. Apricus signed a Manufacturing Agreement directly with Therapex.. It happened at the end of 2010.. If Apricus was not to benefit from the Agreement between Warner and Apricus.. Warner would have contracted directly from Therapex themeselves or somebody else.. Bypassing Apricus completely.. As per the Agreement.. Warner was not Obligated to contract with Apricus ( Nexmed ) as their Vitaros Supplier..

The "Big" Deal here is that they did..!
