I believed that at one point; however, the biggest problem with MMTE is it is surrounded by criminals and scam artists. Yes, many are still involved in some form or fashion. Maybe Liebs is legit, maybe he's not. Maybe he is trying to build something legit, maybe he's trying to build his pocket book by learning from mistakes his father and others went through.

If Liebs is legit and trying to building something legit then CLIL and MMTE will benefit greatly from what is speculated here. If Liebs is not legit then there WILL be a disconnect between CLIL and MMTE. Some sort of BS issue as to why MMTE does not receive the benefit of the concessions owned by CLIL.

My thought on this at this point is it is a play - if at some point in the future I am proven wrong I will stand up and say that I was wrong and to each and everyone that said "it's great" I will tell you "Yes, you were right, I was wrong".

Chroma I have to disagree with your speculation of a disconnect between Mammoth and CLIL. I understand the fear of the unknown but there is no way, I MEAN NO WAY that will happen. Our money and emotions are all attached to MMTE in one way or the other here but here is reality:

1. A move like that would destroy William's credibility and career.

2. There are too many big name individuals attached to MMTE that would also risk their credibility and careers...Colson, Bombach, Garmendia, Saravia, etc. My DD has also uncovered other names. ;)

3. Finally, if William Lieberman tried to separate the two companies for his own personal benefit it would create the largest class action lawsuit iHub, lithium mining and South America has ever seen. Trust me, these people don't want that or the baggage associated with it. This stock board cannot even tolerate misspelling in a PR for crying out loud. Lol. What do you think an angry investor lynch mob would do?

You know I'm a true believer and have been here for well over a year now. I'll make you the same promise. If I ever think for a second that we have been had I will publicly proclaim it while also stating you and others were right.

One of us will eventually need to hone our crow eating eating skills. Lol. I pray it's not me. I don't believe it will be me. Bon appetite.
