Have not been on in forever plus a day - not able to time wise and way out of the loop. Can you give me a brief catch up so I don't have to go through each and every post? What happened with Houston Corporate buyer, where is the acquisition at and anything significant for the past maybe 6 weeks (summary, not expecting great detail) If not able or comfortable with, that's fine I will catch up later when I have more time.
